AI-Powered Project Management
for Modern Enterprises
ProjectFlow brings planning, execution, collaboration and portfolio oversight into one platform. Run traditional, agile and hybrid projects with real-time visibility, automated workflows and AI-powered decision support at every stage of the lifecycle.
And because it works from the scope QuoteFlow already priced, the project is ready the day you win it.
A solution that grows with you
- Customisable
Configured to your rate structures, templates and discipline workflows.
- Scalable
From a single bid team to a full portfolio, without changing systems.
- AI-driven
AI works from your own documents and rates, never from generic sources.
- Integrated
Connects to the CMMS, ERP and document systems already in place.
- Mobile
Approve, review and track progress from site on iOS and Android.
Continuity between the priced scope and the delivered scope
Between award and mobilisation, the won scope is generally reconstructed by hand in a project system. The reconstruction presents as administrative work, but it is the point at which the commercial and delivery records separate. From then on, delivered scope can no longer be demonstrated against what was priced without manual reconciliation.
- Awarded scope re-entered into a separate project system
- Deliverable register diverges from the priced line items
- Baseline established at kickoff rather than at contract
- Closeout verified against the plan rather than the agreement
- Approved scope establishes the project plan directly
- Deliverables remain associated with their priced line items
- Baseline is the contracted scope from mobilisation onward
- Closeout verified against the contracted scope
Three things that change how projects run
Intelligence to decide with, automation to remove routine work, and collaboration that keeps every discipline on the same record.
Decide with data, not instinct
Track your KPIs, spot trends early and forecast where a project is heading. ProjectFlow surfaces bottlenecks while there is still time to act on them, and shows the evidence behind every number.
Work smarter, not harder
Automate routine steps so your team spends its hours on engineering judgement instead of administration. However specific your process, ProjectFlow adapts to it rather than the other way round.
Collaboration with context
Work that crosses disciplines needs more than a comment thread. Every discussion sits against the deliverable it concerns, so nobody is guessing which revision or scope item is being discussed.
Six stages from award to formal closeout
Every stage is measured against the scope that was priced and contracted. Select any stage below to see what it establishes and what is carried forward.
- 01
Assess Scope of Work
The awarded scope loads from the approved proposal, retaining traceability to the client's original clauses. The contracted scope becomes the project baseline.
Contracted baseline - 02
Define Deliverables & Tasks
Delivery structure is established from the priced scope, each deliverable linked to the line item that funds it and the stage it falls due.
Delivery structure - 03
Assign Activities
Activities are allocated against the resource profile set at estimate, so delivery is staffed on the basis the work was priced.
Resourced activity schedule - 04
Track Progress
Physical progress, revision status and schedule performance measured against the priced baseline. Scope added after award is recorded as variation, not absorbed.
Progress and variation position - 05
Compile Work
Completed deliverables are assembled with supporting records into the project dossier, indexed against the scope items they discharge.
Project dossier - 06
Deliver Scope
Final acceptance is verified against the contracted scope item by item, with evidence attached, and the project is formally closed out.
Verified closeout
Project engineers and delivery managers
Organisations delivering reliability, asset integrity and production assurance engagements in which the client verifies delivered scope against the contract at acceptance, and where differences in interpretation carry material commercial consequence.
Common questions
Variations are a normal feature of engineering services delivery. Because the baseline is the contracted scope, changes are recorded as variations against it and remain identifiable. Scope growth is therefore visible for commercial recovery rather than absorbed into an amended plan.
The two are most effective together, since continuity across award is the principal benefit. Both modules are included at every pricing tier, so there is no separate procurement decision.
It governs delivery against contracted scope, which is a distinct function from detailed resource-levelled scheduling. Organisations operating established planning systems generally retain them and use ProjectFlow for scope-to-delivery traceability.
